The Objective of DJICF is to transform lives, strengthen the local
community, equip leaders, and support families in the following ways:

• Empower pastors and ministry leaders for effective ministry through
leadership development seminars and workshops

• Implement strategies for Christian discipleship, and utilize, biblical principles and practices for Christian leader

• To inspire the local church toward growth and expansion
through psycho-social educational programs and economic empowerment

• Facilitate holistic strategies through fellowship in order to initiate growth,
expansion and stability in the local, regional and global church
